Once Indigovine places an associate on a client assignment, they have access to Indigovine's 'good practice' tool-kits including the programme skills capability assessment matrix, change management methodology and our 'ready to use' toolkit for both RFI and RFP assessments (this includes detailed questionnaires, assessment mechanisms, project delivery plan templates, cost/benefit comparison, business case analysis, etc).

These materials are available to Indigovine clients for their continued use, and can be customised for their specific needs or can be used as they are, as part of the Indigovine service.

Depending on the nature of the client assignment, Indigovine associates receive directional support from Indigovine to fast track transformational activities.
